Nfah Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we make, and that trust starts with you. If you ordered a boxer or shirt and it didn’t feel right, keep it — no need to return it.

We’ll refund you in full — your comfort is our promise.

The Nfah Guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery and covers one item only from your first order of each product type. For example, if you ordered 6 pieces, only one is covered. The same applies to shirts — one item from the first order.

🔁 Exchange & Return Policy

  • •⁠ You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from receiving your order.
  • •⁠ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • •⁠ Exchange is completely free of charge.
  • •⁠ Returns carry a 25 SAR fee, deducted from the refund amount (except in cases of manufacturing defects or mistakes on our end).
  • •⁠ If delivery was free (due to a discount code or exceeding 280 SAR) and the total drops below that threshold after the return, delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • •⁠ If the courier attempts delivery 3 times and no response is received, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • •⁠ Nfah reserves the right to reject any request involving tampering or violation of policy terms.
  • •⁠ International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • •⁠ If you refuse to receive your order for any reason, a 25 SAR processing and delivery fee will be deducted.
⚠️ Note: For hygiene and in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned after use.

💳 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Through our partner “Yamm”
    Submit your request via the Yamm platform using the link below. Select whether it’s a return or exchange and include the reason and quantity.
  2. Collection
    The courier will contact you to pick up the unopened items only.
  3. Replacement or Refund
    For exchanges, we’ll send the new item as soon as possible. For returns, the refund will be processed after deducting fees directly through Yamm.

🧾 Order Modification & Cancellation

  • •⁠ Orders can only be modified or cancelled while they are in the “New” status.
  • •⁠ Once the order is marked as “Ready” or “Out for Delivery,” cancellation is no longer possible.
  • •⁠ We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
